A healthcare facility in Accra required scrubbable, anti-microbial wall systems for wards, corridors and clinical support areas — without closing a single department. Coralex Painters sectioned the programme so each zone was prepared, coated and cured behind containment while adjacent areas kept running.
The specification prioritised repeated-disinfection resistance and low odour in occupied clinical space. Each zone passed a hygiene-readiness check before being returned to service, and the completed works were handed over with the full system documentation the facility’s maintenance team needs for future recoating cycles.
