A managed commercial tower in Airport City commissioned a full interior repaint — lobbies, lift cores, tenant corridors and common floors — with the building fully occupied. Coralex Painters phased the programme overnight and over weekends, floor by floor, with low-odour, low-VOC systems selected so tenants arrived each morning to finished walls and no fumes.
Substrate condition was graded before specification, adhesion checked where existing coatings were over-painted, and every floor closed out with a stage QC sign-off. Handover included the full coating schedule and maintenance guidance for the facilities team.
